What we collect and why

Only what you send us through the form: your name, your email, what you have done, what you burn for, what you need and the way of working you choose. We use it to answer you and to see whether we can work together.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your enquiry. If no collaboration follows, we delete it no later than twelve months after our last contact.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA, which also receives form submissions on our behalf. To deliver the site securely, the host processes technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

The fonts are served from our own server. No data is sent to Google or other third parties when you visit.

Links to other websites

Some photos and names link to other websites, for example press articles or project pages. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to the processing. Write to hello@bauergroup.lu.

You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
